3/8" x 3 tpi x .032 AS Series

PS Wood Machines’ Timber Wolf band saws blades run cooler, last longer and track true.  Our 3/8” x 3 tpi x .032 blades are made of Swedish Silicon Steel and are slightly thicker than our .025 blades.  The teeth are induction hardened and milled for true tracking.  These blades run under a little lower tension which is better for your band saw.  Our welds are warranted.  The 3/8” x 3 tpi x .032 blades are generally used for cutting green or exotic woods from 6”-12” in height as the kerf is opened up a little wider to remove the sawdust and keep the blade from being pinched.  They can make a 1-1/4” radius cut and are a favorite of our woodturners for cutting smaller radius bowl blanks, vases, etc. or straight cutting green or exotic woods of that height.  These blades are not made for use on blade lengths of less than 90”.
