1/2" x 3 tpi x .032 AS Series

PS Wood Machines’ Timber Wolf band saws blades run cooler, last longer and track true.  Our ½” x 3 tpi x .032 blades are made of Swedish Silicon Steel and are slightly thicker than our .025 blades. The teeth are induction hardened and milled for true tracking.  These blades run under a little lower tension which is better for your band saw.  Our welds are warranted.  The ½” x 3 tpi x .032 blades and generally used for cutting green and exotic woods from 6”-12” in height as the kerf is opened up a little wider to remove the sawdust and keep the blade from being pinched. An excellent resaw blade in those woods, they can also make a 2-1/2” radius (5” diameter) cut making them a favorite blade of our woodturners for roughing out larger bowl blanks.  These blades are not made for use on blade lengths of less than 90”.
