It Does What It Says
This belt works fine on a 21" Sakura scroll saw that I bought some 25 years ago. This belt replacement seems a little undersized to the original belt and a little thicker, but enclosed directions explain that the belt needs to wear in by the user starting it out on the smallest pulleys at first and then moving it up to the next larger pulleys, etc. I've run the saw now for a couple of hours with the new belt and it works nicely.
