¼” x 4 tpi blades are used for cutting 2-1/2”-6” hardwoods and 1-1/2”-4” softwoods.  They can make a 5/8” radius cut. 

¼” x 6 tpi blades are used for cutting ¾”- 2-1/2” hardwoods and ½”-1-1/2” softwoods.  They can make a 5/8” radius cut.  These blades are considered our most universal, multi-purpose blades.

¼” x 8 tpi blades are used for cutting up to  1 ½ ” hardwoods and 1” softwoods.  They can make a 5/8” radius cut.  These blades give a smooth, clean finish for minimum sanding.

¼” x 10 tpi blades are used for cutting up to  ¾” hardwoods and ½” softwoods.  They can make a 5/8” radius cut.  These blades give a smooth, clean finish for minimum sanding. 

¼” x 14 tpi blades are used for cutting up to ¼” plywood, MDF and other composites and up to ¼” soft metal and plastic.  They can make a 5/8” radius cut.  These blades give a smooth, clean finish for minimum sanding.
